❃ Delivered complex features end-to-end across multiple sprints: schema design, GraphQL resolvers, background workers, and frontend.❃ Built a no-code WhatsApp Flows builder that lets NGOs create interactive multi-screen forms without writing code.❃ Improved production stability and code health — resolved build failures, fixed authentication edge cases, strengthened Cypress coverage, and integrated Sentry monitoring.❃ More recently, built AI features into the product, including an in-platform assistant and an automated error-triage pipeline.❃ Built support automation that cut manual support tasks by ~80%.
