I'm a full-stack engineer who likes to solve problems, not just write code — and I've been lucky to do it somewhere the problems actually matter. For two years I've built end-to-end on Glific, an open-source platform serving 200+ NGOs, shipping across Elixir/Phoenix and React/TypeScript and, increasingly, designing the AI and agentic features the platform now runs on. What I love most is the full arc of building: ideating, prototyping, and shipping something real that people depend on. Drawn to work where the problem is interesting and the impact is real.

Build and own features end-to-end across the full stack — database schema, GraphQL APIs in Elixir/Phoenix, background jobs, and React/TypeScript frontend usually as the sole engineer, on a platform 200+ NGOs rely on. Grew from a frontend focus into a full-stack contributor across Elixir and React.

Projects
An assistant embedded in the platform that lets NGO staff work in natural language. It routes each request down one of two paths: knowledge retrieval for how-to questions, and a live query/operations pipeline over Glific's GraphQL API for debugging and platform actions (creating flows, templates, messages) — with a human approval step for high-risk actions.
Automated Error-Fix Pipeline
A pipeline that keeps production healthy with less manual triage: a weekly job pulls live incidents from AppSignal, classifies them by severity, drafts PRs for the mechanically fixable ones, and posts a structured digest — with no auto-merge, as a guardrail.
Support Query Automation
MCP-based automation that resolves common queries on the platform's support channel, cutting manual support effort by ~70%.
A no-code form builder that lets NGOs create multi-screen, interactive WhatsApp Flows natively inside Glific — drag-and-drop screens, input fields, buttons, and media — and send them to beneficiaries without writing code.
A drag-and-drop dashboard builder that lets users create any chart with fully custom formatting, point-and-click, no code. Built the frontend end-to-end: the canvas, the drag-and-drop interactions, the chart-configuration panels, and the styling controls.
